Anyone else had similar issues with White Hat Gaming Sites?
On the 12th December all my accounts where banned with them, despite several emails there was no reply until 6th January when they apologised for “an incorrect action” in closing my accounts and they reinstated all accounts.
just 3 days after this they sent me another email stating that my account would no longer be eligible for promotions and I could not open another account with White Hat Gaming.

A similar thing happened to me. They tried to fix it but then randomly banned me for 5 years. On a live chat, I was deemed to be threatening by saying if they did not give me my withdrawal I was going to turn his family into lampshades.. Once WHG bans you for any reason, you won't be able to use them again.
they have locked all my accounts too and wont tell me on iive chat why just keep saying its under reveiw
playing for over 5 years on WHG one day they send me an email you ban for 5 years
White hat gaming random asked me from live chat why i was playing early hours of the morning and me being honest said well i have anxiety issues because of mental health stuff and they promptly closed all my accounts took me many many emails to get the cash i had just deposited back from them would never ever ever go back to any of their casinos best part of it i was very loyal to them.
