This is a game we used to play in the pub that was hugely popular and is hardly ever seen now although I think it amazingly popular in the Asian gambling communites.

I used to love this game and wonder whether it will ever become popular here. I am actually surprised that some of the larger gaming sites do not offer it. Strangely the really skilful games such as 7 card stud are no longer present and have been replaced by hold'em and omaha variants almost entirely.  I suppose that is where the demand is. I was the top rated player on Planet Poker for three years in a row at 7 card stud and ranked in the top five at the hi/lo version too. Sadly Planet Poker is now long gone as is the wide variety of games that used to be available online. I really miss some of the old games that offered players more of an intellectual challenge that the high variation hold'em offerings so prevalent on the poker sites today.

Who else likes Liar Dice or 7 Card Stud and wishes they could make a comeback?
