So requested a withdrawal 11 days ago had to get on live chat 4 times then had email to verify my account even though I’m fully verified on 1 of their sister sites so thought ok uploaded documents on Saturday now there still pending review 

just been on live chat and they told me my account is being security checked and have to wait 10 days I’m like wtf 

I know u guys don’t promote Spinit but they are part of the genius group not sure if you can throw ur weigh around a bit thanks in advance

I have now been blocked from live chat so I don’t know what to do next I have emailed them but not sure this is gona be enough any one with any ideas

Did you mean Genesis? There's your problem, don't play at their casino's. I only hear bad stories from them.

Yes it is sorry I’ve now been blocked from live chat so all l can do is email which I’ve done to the complaints department but think just got back a generic email as soon as I get the money I’m shutting them all
