Just so people are aware party casino is actually the same as party poker casino and it links your poker account to the party casino funds. I saw the giveaway and knew I had never signed up, said my email was in use so I tried to log in as I have the same email and password for all casino accounts. To my surprise I had £29 in the account, didn't make the connection that it was money I had in $ in partypoker. Went to roulette and did 1 spin as I thought it was "free" forgotten money. Lost. Just went to sign into my poker account to play for an hour and I had no money. Did some looking and saw that it had been span on lighting roulette so was pretty sure what had happened. Kinda pissed off about it as partypoker have their own casino called casino.partypoker which I use on a semi regular basis. Never knew or thought that they also had another site connected to them Ialled partycasino.

Jimboscooker  Yes it is exactly the same and probably with Pokerstars too.

The Partycasino offer is not worth the bother and do not get me started on the giveaways................. I cannot even get a sniff at a prize yet some others win almost every month.

Does anyone know if it says anywhere in the UKGC about companies creating accounts using details and passwords from sister sites?

Basically I never signed up to party casino but because I made an account with party poker in 2017 they basically merged all the information onto party casino and when I signed in the other day, the funds that were in $ for the poker were merged into the account in £. So if I've never created an account or accepted party casinos specific terms and conditions, how on earth was I allowed to play on the site and gamble? It's £29, I've played on their poker site since 2017 pretty much exclusively and I have gambled a decent amount on their linked casino (not party casino) it's clear I made a mistake but I feel like they facilitated that mistake and potentially have broken some rule in regards to my above question.

Can't see how they can merge funds if WHG can have 6 million different brands and never do the same.

I went on the site before but it was very slow. Welcome offer is a pile of shite, not worth taking. Most providers but not all.

Well exactly, I just don't think it's allowed or of it is, then it for sure shouldn't be, especially when you have different sites and poker. Poker funds should always be seperate unless you specifically want them to be merged.
