Hi Jimbo, I'm very upset by what has happened with Miami Jackpots, i signed up to this site through your link, and everything was fine until today. My first win came on dead or alive, i had a real money balance and some free bonus spins winnings, i decided to play dead or alive, which can't be played on bonus money, only real balance, which is fine, I play £0.18 bets (this was on the 24th, so a couple of days ago) and i win just over £400, I was buzzing. I won with my own money on a game that can't be played with the bonus funds, I managed to click a wtihdrawal for £700 in the end even though i won up to £1000 but then lost some. I played some other games like book of dead aswell, never going above £1 bets, I only play low stakes, £1 is high for me! I get an email from support saying your withdrawal has been declined and reduced to £100, you can't win more than £100 from bonus funds. What!?? I am so upset by this, I won just over £400 of that on dead or alive alone, this is just unbelievable.

 I am one step away from wanting to contact the UKGC because this is disgusting, honestly winning this was such an amazing gift to me at this time of the year, I feel so gutted that they have done this, I've told them so many times, I won just over £400 on dead or alive with my real money, on £0.18, you cannot take money that i won with my own balance and do this!I You can't play dead or alive on bonus funds so how can you come at me with oh your winnings are restricted! this is a complete scam, if i win on a game with my own funds those funds are mine, a free spins bonus on my account which was not a deposit bonus and has nothing to do with my own money when gambling on games that do not allow bonus funds in the first place! I feel helpless, I can't do anything, they control everything, and I have to sit here and lose £600 from a £700 withdrawal. I'm devastated and this is really not on. They said they would restrict my account if i was contacting the UKGC and wait for my response, i said i was going to but i don't know what to do anymore, this is unfair, all i want is my money i won.

We get such low odds at any casino in the first place, i have never won here before after many deposits, and the first time i win anything i get slapped in the face! £600 is a lot of money to me, a lot of money, and I was literally sat with my head in my hands earlier. Your a great streamer Jimbo but this casino has took the piss with me, it's not fair that they can treat players like this.

Absolute disgrace of a casino to state that my winnings were from bonus money, yet the winnings were accrued on Dead or Alive with my real balance money, not bonus money, bonus funds CANNOT be used on Dead or Alive and many games on this site. I am so annoyed it's untrue, this is not on!

I appreciate the responses. The problem here is that these bonus funds were not part of a deposit bonus and should not be attached to my real money. The bonus money was a mere £1.70 or something, if I play dead or alive with my real money and win, you can’t just say oh because you’ve now gone and played another game like book of dead after and wagered that tiny amount of bonus money all your balance is now restricted to £100, that is a joke, I’m sorry man but it is, I’ve read through the terms for this site and some of them are like what the hell, seriously, I’m really gutted to be honest, this has put a proper downer on my last couple of days, I was excited to get my win in my bank after Christmas, I’m losing faith in a lot of these casinos that are being promoted because they just want to screw players over, even when they make so much money from them, we rarely win, and when we do it’s a task to even get your money from them!

They even have the cheek to say as a gesture of goodwill we have processed you a £100 withdrawal, are you serious, you’ve just taken £600 from me! I was playing with this balance for 2 days aswell! I’m so fed up by this 😔

Have they bothered to reply yet, they seemed quick enough to decline my money and email me saying I wasn't getting the £700, then did not bother to respond to me after, I'm pretty upset by all this really, I've played a lot at this casino and never won a thing before, I'm just so disappointed by all of this.

Thank you, they will not reply to any of my emails, I have contacted live support who's only response was we have restricted your account, can you please confirm that you will not pursue this issue any longer, which i find very concerning, this is looking extremely bad in my eyes, i certainly will not stop pursuing this issue, I am owed £600, and I can't believe this is happening, I have never experienced anything like this.

Be careful of the Genesis group, slow to process payments and ID verification, I only joined to enter the giveaways but self excluded now as they are very poor compared to some other casinos

dont know if its bad timing for miami jackpots,fully verified there since i entered through gamblers den in october.made loads of deposits there in this time not one withdrawal.recently moved,sent in new docs driving licence and utility bill,then received email saying fully verified and updated. now ive actually clicked on withdraw,i wasnt withdrawing but just though id click on it (i actually have a healthy balance there for a change) and it comes up need to verify.got in touch with live chat who told me im fully verified but there is a restriction on my account but couldnt tell me what.they have to contact another department! this casino needs to be sorted out quickly,it may just be a mistake on there part but its not good enough taking hundreds and hundreds in deposits and being bombarded with offers when all along if i want to withdraw i cant

It is only if you lose your deposit balance and start using the bonus funds, you will be restricted. You are entitled to the full £700 which you fairly won. As long as you are fully verified, the operator MUST process the £700 winnings. If they want, they can charge a 'reasonable' withdrawal fee if they wish to.

Go onto Google and search for Fair and transparent terms and practices - I'd highly suggest you read the statements, it is an interesting read.

I'd love to hear an update that you receive the money :-)

Thank you for your input, they emailed me back after waiting ages for a reply saying their decision is final, and they think that is acceptable, yet even after telling them I have won on real funds whilst the bonus is active on a game that cannot be played on bonus funds, they seem to think they can make up their own rules. I am actually disgusted with this casino, I have several screenshots at hand showing the dead or alive win, my deposited money, it's laughable, once i had won on dead or alive I moved on to book of dead doing £1 spins, only then did their £1.70 bonus that was active on my account start being wagered because book of dead counts towards wagering, now that literally took no time at all, it was a £1.70 bonus! And they think they have the right to restrict the entire balance, sorry but it doesn't work like that, and in regards to your fair practices, this is far from it. 

I highly recommend MIami Jackpots pay out the remaining money they took from me, this is not acceptable behaviour from a casino, if this is the sort of practice you undertake then you will not be around for long, and i'm sorry but in this day and age how on earth is any company allowed to get away with this, they have refused to pay out money that does not belong to them, there are a whole load of legal implications around something like this. And this is supposed to be a recommended casino? 

Its plain and simple you had bonus funds  attached to your deposit it's clear in the terms. Nothing you can do they wont give you 700 quid you never had it so move on. Harsh I know but your trying to justify it to a casino which spends 1000's of pound to write up the terms and conditions and ties it up to protect themselves against these kind of discrepancies. No point dwelling on it. Give up gambling it's not fair they always win
