Hi all I requested a withdraw on Friday night. Sunday I got asked to upload documents Tuesday they have said my address does not match? I sent passport driving licence which has my correct addres and recent bill which matches my licence and the kassu account addres. I have spoken to customer service they said its just a system automated message and to just wait. Just worried as I see a lot of people waiting for weeks. Do I upload everything again?

I think my withdrawal look about 4 days to go through. Its not the best/quickest service, but you will get the money..

I had a chat with them every couple of days when waiting, just to keep on top of them.

Thanks secular it is a £350 cash out which is big for me as I only play little stakes.  I have had a few cashouts on kassu not more than £50. So I understand why they have asked for my docs should have posted them when I joined up in 2019 😬

72 hours have passed since I submitted my documents. Spoke to  live chat  just said it takes time. How much time. I cashed out last Friday.  Jimbocasino  can you put a word in?

Got this today I have already sent 3 lots all 3 address the same?  Genesisglobal  live chat say its automated. 🙄

No joy. Went on live chat last night he said it will be sorted before 3pm today. If not get back in toch with live chat. Contradiction. I will let you know after 3pm if they have sorted it. No reply from my request for help from gamblers den as yet.

Hi Sarah, sorry to hear the issues you are having at the minute! If support doesn't reply by 3pm as promised then dm me your username an I'll pass it on to the lads.

Thanks for the reply davey I think I have cracked it been on to support for half hour and they said I am verified. The whole process was stressful to be honest is this because we are in the
UK.

I joined up to kassu in 2019 through GD never had any problems until this process. But hopefully they will transfer my winning they are still pending but I feel a little more confident now.

Understandable to be stressed about this to be honest! Glad to see it looks like its moving in the right direction though!

Thank you davey! The money is in my bank all good. So glad I have all you guys to fall back on I know it did not come to it but it was kind of my next port of call if I did not get any joy. I recommend anyone reading this to sign up using GD links and get back up because you never know when you might need it.
