hi all,been a gambler 30 years plus, mainly horses and in the last 5 years a bit of fun on the casino.Always managed to keep my head above water,always gambled what i can afford.Been a fully verified member at casumo but very rarely use them.Made a small deposit there last week and started building lil devil.Thought id carry it on this evening when i went to log in i couldnt.After 30 mins plus waiting for live chat they told me i should receive an email soon.Almost immediately email as follows came through.

ive emailed back saying i think theyve mixed me up,but surely fromtthis they are making a defamation of my character?


ive always gambled responsibly maybe not so 20 years ago when i was a single well paid rugby player,but im a very well settled father of 2 with a loving wife and we are lucky to have quite a good life.Im lucky to be pretty well connected to a few shrewdies in the racing world and ive had betting accounts closed after big wins on horses in the past,but never at a casino where ive maybe deposited £100 in the last 2 years.

Any advice from more knowledgeable casino users than me appreciated.

I'd forget about it and play elsewhere. Casumo have gone full retard with players and there's lots of complaints all over the internet. I had an account there, verified, had withdrawn but i closed it when I read of the difficulties people were having when trying to withdraw. They got spanked hard with fines and now they've gone over the top with due dilligence. They will go under eventually.

Yep. Time to move on from Casumo Weemonk is spot on.


They are sacking lots of players off for no real reason. I was chucked out a long while ago even though i supplied everything they asked, in the end they just didn't want UK streamers on the platform.


They got hit with millions in fines and are now one of the worst casinos out there

I got the same email, as Craig said they are just binning UK players. Its too risky for them to have us due to the UKGC.

Having a nightmare trying to withdraw £300 i had left in there. Sent numerous verification docs even though ive been verified for years. Non seem to meet their standard and refused. Trying to speak on live chat is useless as no-one ever answers. Tried twitter to no avail as they dont seem to have any activity since April. Today i have tried to upload more "evidence" and my account has been "Paused" whilst pending verification.

I totally understand you because I had the same situation, I had also written then an email and also asked friends for help, but nothing really hapened. You better remain on your main platforms because those ones are the most secure and you should not have any problems. Personally me, after having trouble with many platforms which were caused by server issues or the scammer administration, I am playing only judi slot and I feel very safe and pleasant to play it. Gambling is not a source of income, it is a source of fun.
