I'm having a problem with casinocasino, I had 1250£+120£ upon withdrawal however before I could do so I needed to verify my account. I went back and forth with them for few days, as phone bills weren't good and some other bills weren't ok as well. When I finally provided everything that they wanted, they have banned me and confiscated my winnings.
The message I've got from the on the online chat:
I can see that the account has been banned as there is not enough evidence to show a 3rd party is not controlling this account. Winnings are confiscated and 640 has been refunded as a goodwill gesture unfortunately this was a decision made by the verification team and I am assuming this is based on the documents we received
and that was all, refused to pay out my 730£ winnings. For that I can go to their headquarters for them soo me in person,
I never had that problem with Grand Ivy, should of stayed with them...

So after 3 weeks of waiting I've been sent this message. What a bunch of crap. This verification process was supposed to stop Money Loundering not payouts to players which have won the money ! Never had a issue with any other casinos. At the moment I have account open with IvyGrand,Videoslots and somemore. Last week I've made serval withdrawal and actually had to vertifity with IvyGrand and never had an issue!!
