My winnings have been confiscated because I would’ve accepted a welcome offer when depositing with Skrill. I did not accept such thing , and it WAS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED after my deposit ! I’m sure it shouldn’t be added automatically if I’m not allowed to use it. The even worse part of this is , I HAVEN’T EVEN used 1 penny off it. The bonus balance was in full and forfeited at the withdrawal. I’m not even sure if this is legal , if it is it’s probably in a grey area of the law as the bonus was automatically added. If this does not get internally resolved, I find myself forced to escalate it to the gambling commission.
I have read every single term and condition and was aware of the Skrill restriction and was not going to partake in taking a bonus. However as I went to choose Skrill as a payment method, this has automatically been given to me ? I have not used a single cent off this bonus and I believe my winnings were unfairly and wrongly taken away from me!

thanks a mill for the very quick answers guys. I always read terms and conditions for absolutely everything. When it was still automatically added I assumed it was somehow okay. Take Casumo for example. They would never credit a welcome bonus for Skrill even if you try to claim one. 
I just feel outright robbed as I didn’t even touch bonus money.

contacted live chat support and the exact answer I got with no overreacting is : Thanks for the feedback. Anything else I can help you with ? 
I just think this is purely taking the piss

I spoke to our slot planet contact and hes agreed that although the terms are there this wasnt an error on your part and hes agreed to pay you the winnings and they should be back into your slot planet account soon

Correct, since you did nothing wrong, and didnt break the terms of the bonus you shouldnt have gotten anyway and didnt touch the funds how could it have been your fault?!

The onus isn't on the player to fix the casinos issues.

wow I can’t thank you enough !!! 
this 900€ meant a lot for me and was much needed. The 900 was awarded back to my account and just put a withdraw request in ! 
I’ll update this as soon as I receive the money in my Skrill account !

hi ya i play on a lot off whg sites and after withdrawal goes through normally in my bank by 3.30 next day , but i was playing new on spin station recently a whg site made a cash out on the thursday was approved on the friday now 5 days later still no money from them have asked twice in live chat they just keep saying between 2-5 working days
