Hi has anyone else signed up to casilando in the last week? I signed up Sunday around 6pm, deposit £20 managed to hit nicely on magic mirror to get a £320 balance. I sent all documents around 11pm Sunday and still not heard anything from them.. On my account it says pending withdrawal then my amount but it's literally 4 days now 🤔🤨

It's been prioritised mate. You only sent KYC yesterday so they need a day to check that etc but should be soon now as iv'e asked for them to hook you up!

I’m having same at dream Vegas withdraw Thursday last week still not in bank been 6 days now does say on my account be approved and had email as well saying approved but can take 5 days every where else is in bank next day

I'm still waiting to be verified.. sent originals on monday then had to resend bank statement which i did on wednesday morning.. recieve email 2 mins after i sent saying ill be verified in 48 hrs.. 48hrs is now and still no word.. strange how casilando let you deposit instantly and play without being verified but soon as you try taking a withdrawal they take the piss.. genesis wouldnt let me even look at a game let alone deposit until i was fully verified..

Hi all,

I’m now awaiting my withdrawal to be accepted as they say they take up to 48 hrs. My concern is I joined last night with the welcome offer and ended up with a big withdrawal. This evening I’ve just received the email below which I think is unfair just because I’ve won a lot (I know it’s in their terms). Im expecting them to stall the withdrawal as long as they can now or even worse try to get out of not paying it! Not impressed!
