So i was having a play at Captain Spins, £40 in and 50% bonus match. Wagering starts straight away. I play a few games on the train to a friend's house. Get to a £120 balance.
I have a play on the way back, down to £80. Get home and carry on. Not going great, down to £30. Try to spin and notice comes up saying 'Responsible gambling limit reached'. My balance is 0. In the lobby my balance shows, i try another game. Same thing.
I contact support and I'm passed to a different adviser who says something along the lines of 'You have reached your limits, these limits have been put in place for your safety blah, blah, blah.......give it a month and it'll be reset'.
I say 'ok but I've never been notified of these limits. I'll play elsewhere'. I withdrew my balance.
i think this month I've deposited maybe £80 at the casino. I've since noticed an email saying my account is being reviewed. It was reviewed 2 months ago. I spend no more than £120 a month there, maybe without logging in and checking.
I get what they have to do but the way they go about it is so shit
Is it maybe wagering limits mate? I got fucked with that on video slots last week thought it was a deposit limit and turned out I set a wager limit
Yeah that can be pretty annoying, Leo vegas have put a £100 a month limit in place on my account too without asking me, having prove my source of wealth many times too.

I've frequenting Rizk more recently as i thought they were ok. Unibet is my only saving grace at the moment. They never interfere with me. WHG I've had too many run ins now. Review my account by all means but I'm hardly spending massive amounts.

yeah, well since they own it and they are based in Malta I don't think they're to bothered about a minority shareholder
Bet victor has been ok with me (touch wood) not the biggest selection of games but withdrawals usually hit my bank in an hour and they leave me in peace to do what I want
