See on casino casino, if you hit a win before entering bonus funds during a bonus can you withdraw the cash after forfeiting the bonus? Also can you bet higher than the £5 cap before entering the bonus money?
hi mate, as long as you've not touched the bonus funds you can forfeit the bonus and cash out the real balance. however you can't go over £5 at any time as the wagering begins as soon as you start playing rather than when you hit the bonus funds.
Hi Jim o I received another email from casino planet asking for more photos/information. I think they are really dragging this out now mate. This is the third lot of I've been asked to send in. They asked fot photo of me holding my I. D card with a note with my account reference dated and signed as well as photos of me holding my bank card I deposited with. I have sent this info straight away. I would really appreciate it if you could help

Hi mate did you manage to ask the boys to take a look at my issue? I went on casino planet live chat last night and spoke to pauliina who said they have received all required documents now and should be processed within 72 hours. I bet I have to contact them Thursday to say I have not heard anything. Proper dragging it out mate seems withdrawal was done 7th June,!
If you don't hear in the 72 hours i'll make contact with them for you mate
Hi lads, the 72 hours are up again and for the 3rd time I have not had anything from casino planet. I gave just come off chat with support agent jani and surprise they said i was still in a queue and would escalate the case.
Is there anything you can do to help?
You contacted them 23rd June late at night, it hasnt been 72 hours yet. If its not sorted by tomorrow evening Craig will enquire for you over the weekend. I appreciate it can be stressful but you have to be patient
Hi mate thank you for your quick reply. Upto yet they have always contacted me by email on Mondays. I replied to their 3rd request for info Monday 22nd bout 7.30ish. I emailed them again on Tuesday 23rd to ensure they had received docs and they confirmed they had got all the info required now. Don't mind waiting nate it's the fact I have to keep contacting them and the support agents all say the same that the waiting period has elapsed so all they can do is escalate to the relevant department. I'm concerned they do not want to pay out as I deposited £100 but managed to withdraw £2450.
