Unfortunately I'm spending most of my time fighting Kassu.

Absolutely had enough of these clowns not returning my money.

So, a few days ago i thought I would see if I could log into my account after a self exclusion some time before, everything seemed ok and I logged in without issue and deposited 2 x £300 and played for 24hrs had the balance at £780, then bang... logged out half way through play and unable to log in.

After numerous chats(most absolutely useless) I find out that I am in fact still excluded until 1.6.2020.??

I have been promised my money back but as yet, 5 days later I still have not even received  ANY correspondence from anyone at Kassu.

Now I'm pretty sure allowing a self excluded player to access their account, deposit and play for a day is frowned upon.

any help on this would be appreciated... would like my money back.

Dirtyhoop is my username at dream vegas.

i can only think that I opened a new account at spin rider and took the welcome bonus, as you would, so maybe they didnt like me having so many accounts within the group.

So, I've been with spinland, dream vegas and a couple of other casinos within the White hat group for a while now and had never had any problems until today!!

All of my accounts are now locked for apparently being a " bonus abuser ", not sure what constitutes this, and cannot access a single account.

I also have a £650 pending washout at Dre

am Vegas that I now doubt they will be paying me, call me cynical and maybe it is a coincidence, that this has happened a few days after I've won 4500, 1650, 700, and 650 across 3 days with 500 deposit.

Maybe Craig or Jimbo could have a word with these guys and help me reactivate my accounts?
